Home Robot Designed for Everyday Life
Flourish Robots, a consumer robotics company building accessible robots for everyday life, today emerged from stealth and introduced Flourish 1, a $3,555 home robot designed to take repetitive household work and mental load out of people’s lives.
Flourish 1 is a finished consumer robot designed for ordinary households, occupying an largely empty middle between high-priced advanced robots and lower-cost developer kits requiring technical expertise. Owners can teach Flourish 1 household tasks in 30 minutes by showing it how they want the tasks done. Flourish 1 can then repeat and schedule tasks including picking up shoes, clothes and toys; loading the dishwasher; wiping tables; watering plants; fetching items; and clearing a cat litter box.
The first release will be limited to 50 units, with deliveries shipping in December 2026.
“Human potential is the most precious thing we have, and a great amount of it gets consumed by repetitive household work,” said Antoine Marcel, founder and CEO of Flourish Robots. “The point isn’t a robot that picks up your shoes. It’s what you get to do because you didn’t have to. We want technology to give people more life - more attention for their families, their ideas, their ambitions and the things only they can do.”
Backed by Families Fund
That human-centered thesis attracted Families Fund, which led Flourish’s pre-seed round. Founded by Kartik Sathappan, Families Fund invests exclusively in companies building products and services around the needs of families, including education, healthier food and technology that gives parents time back.
